A Science for Success  is a program that brings to light the awareness that defining success allows  a more focused journey. This program teaches people of all kinds how to choose to be in a better state. 
Reasons for this workshop... In two hours you will be given the science of identifying the state you are in and how to change negative states. Using biofeedback you will actually see a  physiological state change and learn how to change them into states that promote success.

When we have unmanaged emotional reactions to stress not only does this  lead to behavior problems in young people but also creates physiological conditions that inhibit learning and potentially increase the risk of disease later in life. For these reasons, the integration of emotional self-management skills training programs has become an increased priority. You can teach this to your children.

The purpose of this workshop... 

To inform you of the science of the states you are in and how you can choose to have control. To assist you to choose to think clearly and be more healthy and intuitive. Living out of balance you are confused, tired, unhappy and disconnected. Using biofeedback you will actually see a person's physiological state change as their thoughts change. Learn the attributes of success that you resonate with to clarify what success means to you.
Change your frustration levels, be healthier, more aware, change  performance and test anxiety and experience overall more balance.
